Most actions below are rebindable in Settings → Keybindings; the few that aren't are marked (fixed).
Cmd is ⌘. It's a separate key from Ctrl, and Grove treats it that way: a Ctrl shortcut never fires on Cmd, or the reverse.
The in-app cheatsheet is always one keypress away: Cmd+/.
